What We Provide
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Our first meeting
We will visit you at a time to suit you to agree on how long your clean will be and what frequency you require (weekly or fortnightly). This is your opportunity to say what you want to be cleaned and even what you don’t! We can agree on what we will do each time and put other jobs on a rota, for example, one week we can clean the inside of the fridge, the next inside of kitchen cupboards and so on. You can always change your point, just text or email us the day before or leave a note in the kitchen for us.
WHAT WE LIKE TO DO
Attention to Detail
wipe the front door down, vacuum and mop all floors, dust and wipe window sills, etc.
Lounge; wipe and dust all surfaces, ornaments, and mirrors.
Kitchen; clean all countertops, external cupboard doors, sink and taps, hob, external oven door, clean kick plates, empty bins and make sure your recycling is recycled, etc.
Bedrooms; clean bedroom furniture countertops, bed frames, mirrors, etc - if we have been given enough time we can even change the bedding!
Bathrooms and en-suites; clean sinks, toilets, all tiles and descale shower screens, clean out shower traps etc
WHAT IF MY PET'S AT HOME?
Free belly rubs!
No problems at all, we will make sure that your cleaner is dog-friendly - with your permission the pup will get a treat, a belly rub and we can let them out into the garden for a ‘break’.

DO I NEED TO TO LEAVE THE VACUUM CLEANER AND CLEANING PRODUCTS OUT?
We come fully equipped
Not unless you want to, we prefer to use our own cleaning products and equipment - we would never also use the same unwashed cloth in your home after cleaning another property.
DO I HAVE TO TIDY UP?

In a word no, however, the less we have to ‘tidy’ the more time we have to clean
HOW DO I PAY?
Cash or Card
We can take cash payments on each visit however it’s probably more convenient for you to set up a standing order or make payments through our secure online payment system. A receipt is available each time as everything goes through the ‘books’!
